Hello and welcome back to The Scribbler! If you don’t already know, I am Kirsten, Moraine Park Technical College Student Blogger on the Beaver Dam campus.
As you know, I started college at Moraine Park Technical College in January and I jumped into clubs right away to broaden my college experience. One of those clubs was Student Senate. I have had the summer off from those clubs, but the opportunities from them still are flourishing.
The Student Life Specialist suggested that I take part in the New Student Orientation as a member of their student panel. What an honor! I am signed up to do three 20-minute time slots where I, among others, will be answering questions new students may have before they start college! Thank you Lisa Manuell for having so much faith in me, it means a lot!
I will most definitely follow up with you readers and let you know how it went!
